Standard of Proof in Captial Cases Train-In

The Archdiocese of Atlanta Disabilities Ministry in cooperation with the PAPE Project will discuss the current State of Georgia Standard of Proof for individuals with Intellectual Disability in capital cases and the means by which a legislative change to Proof to a Preponderance of the Evidence can be realized.  All are welcome.
