New HR System Demo - Ultimate Software February 27, 2018

Members of the Ultimate Software team will be onsite at the Chancery on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 to provide a high level demo of their products.  At the session, HR Staff will review the reasons for making the change, the process on how Ultimate Software was selected, and will answer any questions.  It will take months to build the system as we are adding several HR components in addition to replacing what we use Paychex for currently - Payroll and for some locations, Time and Labor (TLO), and we will discuss an implementation timeline.  We anticipate the first phase to go live October, 2018.

This session will be held at the Chancery Offices in Smyrna from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.  A light lunch will be served.  Seats are limited so please sign up early!

Who should attend?  Pastors, Business Managers, and Payroll Administrators are all welcome to attend.
